The Artisan Christmas Fair, 1st December

The Artisan Christmas Fair


Sunday 1st December, this friendly fair stars:

Camelia with vintage linens, handmade lovelies, vintage objects, haberdashery & small decorative items.

Caroline Brewer Davis, Jewellery, with a twist.
 
Glenna, paintings and seasonal items.
 
John Gustard with his collection of art http://www.johngustard.com/ He will be doing quick portraits in Conté Crayon... perfect for a gift. 

Kiss the Book, Jane the English Booklady, with her lovely books, kitchenalia and decorative objects. Her blog has recently won an award.http://thelifeofaneccentricenglishbooklady.blogspot.co.uk

Marianne has an eclectic mix of items, bought and handmade, the whimsical and the beautiful ....... clothes, jewellery, accessories and the unusual object.
 
Moira Ross, with stone sculptures, cards, handmade accessories and other crafted bits and pieces.
 
Seashells and Lavender, with hand made gifts of seashell tea lights, wooden log tea lights, beach and abstract art box frames, hand printed starfish cushions, cloth bags, candles, wirework jewellery and hand printed fabric cards. Everything is hand made and inspiration comes from beach combing on the Dorset coast to walking in the New Forest and from the coastal regions of Brittany in France. The Late Summer Artisan Fair

The Late Summer Artisan Fair will be held on 8th September 2013 at South Newton and Great Wishford Village Hall, SP2 0PJ, 5 miles west of Wilton on the A36 at 11-4.
We will be joined by some new stallholders (details to follow)


 The Artisan Friends gathering together for the fair include:

Artisans in the Autumn


Whilst still waiting in anticipation for the long hot days of summer, thoughts are turning to the autumn too. We are busy planning the Artisans in the Autumn fair on the 8th September 2013 at Great Wishford and South Newton village hall. The fair promises to have more sellers than each of the past fairs.

The Artisan's in Spring Fair

The Artisan's in Spring Fair was yet again a very Friendly affair.

We were joined by several new stallholders who fitted in perfectly. There was a wide choice of goodies available including paintings, books, vintage decorative items and clothes, handmade gifts and abstract art, portraits whilst you sit, hand knitted items, hand made soap and bath products, stone carvings, handmade cakes, preserves and honey. The Artisan's Fair is back in town.................... The Artisan's in Spring Fair, 28th April 2013

The Artisan Fair returns to Wishford and South Newton Village Hall on 28th April, just in time for the spring..........


Again, we will return to this venue for our fair. Last time we enjoyed more space and  prominent position by the A36. This time we have more stalls with a greater choice of vintage and unique handmade pieces. Please feel free to join us at this friendly fair. You will be made most welcome & be able to enyoy tea and cakes with friends.

The Artisan's Christmas Fair Sunday 2nd December

This time we are in a different venue for our fair. As a result we will have more space and a more prominent position by the A36. Along with more space we will have more stalls with a greater choice of vintage and handmade pieces. There will be gifts to suit all pockets which, unlike items on the high street, will be unique.

The Artisan Friends gathering together include:

Camelia with vintage linens, handmade lovelies, vintage objects, haberdashery & small decorative items. She now has a space in The Vintage Quarter, Wilton (within the Shopping Village complex).


Caroline with her handmade jewellery, using semi-precious stones & more recent quirky pieces. Caroline started beading 3 years. ago, when her Grandchildren were staying with her  and she needed to do something with them. Since then she has become interested in
semi-precious beads, and the ideas are humming in! She makes a great variety of jewellery to suit all types, and whilst making variations on a theme, will not repeat herself. Colour and texture are very important to her.

She will be selling at stall at the Godolphin Christmas Fair, Salisbury on 10th November
10th ( 10 a.m. -4 p.m).

The Artisan Late Summer Fair ............. and a date for your diary .........The Artisan's Christmas Fair 2nd December

The Artisans gathered for a late Autumn Fair on Sunday. Again, it was a sociable friendly affair with interesting goods to see and treat yourself to............. wonderful cakes!
I will post photographs when I have more time but just wanted to say thank you to all who came and helped make an enjoyable day.
